Cancellation & Refund Policy

If the Client cancels your Holiday, You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below

  • If cancelled 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee.
  • If cancelled 29 to 15 days before departure: 45% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee.
  • If cancelled 15 to 10 days before departure: 80% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee3. If cancelled 15 to 10 days before departure: 80% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee.
  • If cancelled 10 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee.
  • No shows (Not informed): 100% of the package price would be retained as a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per the total booking amount, irrespective of whether the full booking amount has been paid or not.
  • For Flights/Trains/Buses, the cancellation will be as per the cancellation policy of Airlines/Train/Transport respectively where Convenience fees and discounts are non-refundable.
  • All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. If rooms are not available in specified hotels, alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.

Rules Applicable for Change/Cancellation of Booking by the Participant

  • Process - Mail your cancellation/change request to info@yatrizonetravels.com No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Please also note that the booking amount for all packages/trips is non-refundable whereas a Credit Shell can be issued if the cancellation is made 15 days before the departure date.
  • Mode of Refund - All cancellation refunds will be processed back to the bank account or the credit card account from which the event fee has been paid. The amount for refund processing would always be calculated based on the net amount paid* for booking the event the Base Price of the Trip (excluding additional components like transport, rent, portage, etc.).
  • Payment Gateway Charge - All the reimbursements/refunds will incur a Payment Gateway charge of 2.5% & GST of 5% respectively. The Payment Gateway charges will not be levied on the customers who have made their transactions via UPI

Refund

Once your cancellation request gets confirmed, you will get a credit note in the next 2 working days or you will get the refund within 7 to 10 business days (Saturday & Sunday Not Included) to the provided account number or Debit/Credit Card Gapy/UPI/Phonepe through the reverse payment by payment gateway.
